Accelerator KMS™ is a leader in content lifecycle management solutions. The Software Quality Testing Engineer will work collaboratively with a team of developers and business analysts to drive continuous improvement in quality, using an Agile development methodology.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct system performance testing to ensure system reliability, capacity and scalability
• Work with testing team to develop performance test plans and cases
• Analyze test results and coordinate with development teams for bug fixes
• Generate test summary reports for management review
• Develop KPIs, indicators, benchmarks, thresholds, for performance monitoring
• Develop a performance testing and monitoring framework and integrate industry best practices
• Ability to work cross-functionally with Operations, Development, Product, BAs, Support and Sales to provide best in class client servicing
• Analyze root causes of performance issues and provide corrective actions
• Conduct job training and assist Junior Test Engineers as needed
• Identify new tools and techniques to improve testing efficiency and capabilities
• Assist in project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and tracking activities
• Provide support in project design, development, and deployment activities
• Develop automated test scenarios and environments for performance testing
• Review and recommend improvements to existing test procedures

Qualifications:

• Post-secondary education in Computer Science
• 3+ years of relevant experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated to deliver on commitments within established timelines
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
