Responsibilities:

  • Work on Incident Management and service requests
  • Hands on experience in Atos Unify OpenScape Voice
  • Overall understanding of Unified Communications (UC)
  • OpenScape 4000 (OS4K)
  • Unify Xpressions Voicemail
  • Open Scape Personal Edition VoIP Soft Client & Fusion 4 Office (F4O)
  • Unify DLS
  • Mediatrix user administration
  • Ability to resolve complex incidents and problems
  • Security issues tracking, open tickets
  • CMDB & CI Asset configuration/administration
  • Monitoring & Alarms (Network Operation Activities)
  • Major Incident (MI) handling and Root Cause Analysis (RCA)
  • Tools knowledge (GSI.flow, Service Now, Knowledge Management)

Qualification:

  • 5+ years of technical experience in VOIP
  • Professional certification – CCNA Voice/CCNP Voice is an added advantage
  • Good verbal and written communication skills to connect with customers at varying levels of the organization
  • Responsibilities will include supporting end customer with technical support / queries
  • Resolve client /customer issues in an efficient and timely manner within the SLA
  • Need to be able to clearly guide them through a solution or walk-through the products and features
  • Understanding of ITIL framework would be a plus
  • Must be a team player capable to upscale and take initiative to deliver the task independently
  • Must be open to learn and work on new technologies
