As a Reporting Services resource, you will be responsible for developing, generating, and scheduling custom reports, data extracts, ad hoc queries, and intelligence dashboards using Informatica and Tableau. Your primary focus will be on maintaining existing reports, creating new reporting metrics, and ensuring timely and accurate delivery of reports in accordance with standards. Additionally, you will be involved in the validation of reports to ensure they meet requirements and tracking reporting utilization and demand.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure the ongoing functionality and accuracy of existing reports and data extracts.
• Develop and update reporting metrics as determined by to meet evolving needs.
• Design, test, and implement new recurring reports in accordance with standards.
• Manage the entire development lifecycle, from requirement gathering to production deployment.
• Recommend Ad Hoc Reports for Production: Identify and develop recommendations for ad hoc reports that should be moved into production based on requirements.
• Validate Report Deliverables: Ensure that delivered reports meet requirements for content, format, quality, and timeliness through thorough validation processes.
• Maintain Detailed Documentation: Document reporting/extract logic and design to ensure clarity and consistency for future reference and auditing purposes.
• Revise Existing Measures and Reports: Update existing measures, reports, and extracts as requested by  to reflect changing needs or requirements.
• Track Reporting Utilization and Demand: Monitor and track reporting utilization and demand trends to inform future development priorities and resource allocation.

Technical Data Warehouse (TDW) System Support Services:

In addition to reporting services, the resource will provide technical support services for the TDW system, including:

• Manage Process and Procedures: Oversee processes and procedures required to provide technical and functional support for the TDW system.
• Defect Resolution: Prioritize and resolve all defects discovered in the TDW system according to defined processes.
• Routine Maintenance Changes: Implement routine maintenance changes to meet system requirements and ensure optimal performance.
• Software Patching and Upgrades: Install and test all patches and upgrades of new software versions to maintain system security and functionality.
• User Guides and Operational Manual: Create, maintain, and update user guides and operational manuals to support end-users and system administrators.
• System Performance Monitoring: Conduct ongoing monitoring and analysis of system performance to identify and address potential issues proactively.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Proficiency in Oracle Database, Informatica and Tableau for report development and dashboard creation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize work effectively to meet deadlines.

Experience in healthcare or government reporting environments is a plus.
