We are seeking a detail-oriented and bilingual (English/French) eLearning QA & Accessibility Specialist to join our team on a contract basis. This on-demand role offers flexible hours based on project needs and is ideal for someone with a strong background in localization, accessibility standards, and eLearning tools.

Location: Remote Canada
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform quality assurance reviews of eLearning modules in both English and French.
- Validate accessibility compliance using screen readers (JAWs, NVDA), WCAG guidelines and keyboard.
- Collaborate with instructional designers and developers to ensure content meets localization and accessibility standards.
- Conduct functional testing in tools such as Articulate Storyline and Rise.
- Identify and document defects, inconsistencies, and usability issues.
- Support localization workflows and file preparation for translation.
- Provide feedback and recommendations for improving learner experience and accessibility.
Required Qualifications:
- Fluency in English and Canadian French (written and spoken).
- Proven experience with eLearning QA and accessibility testing in multiple formats (e.g., multimedia, interactive PDFs)
- Familiarity with screen readers (JAWs, NVDA) and WCAG 2.1 standards.
- Hands-on experience with Articulate Storyline and Rise.
- Experience testing SCORM packages
- Understanding of localization processes and translation file formats.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage fluctuating workloads.
