• Trained and Certified Technical Writer
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
• Excellent Technical writing, Editing and Proofreading skills.
• Deep knowledge of English grammar and spelling.
• Strong organizational skills, with the ability to multi-task, adapt to change, and meet deadlines.
• Detail-oriented, with strong follow-up skills to ensure completion of tasks.
• Ability to create work flow diagrams to capture system or data processes
• Excellent Analytical skills to analyze the problem statement and provide effective solutions.
• Good delivery skills without any ambiguities.
