We are looking for full time Bilingual German/English Customer Support Specialist, who will assist customers through a complex process and driving the outcomes necessary for the ultimate success of our customers.

Responsibilities

  • Work directly with the customer to send, scan, collect, organize, and update customer data
  • Follow up with all customers to communicate incomplete or missing paperwork
  • Clearly communicate statuses with customers by email and phone
  • Submit and check statuses of submitted pending requests
  • Submit trouble tickets to providers for any issues
  • Submit all change requests with needed rejection information received
  • Return any phone messages and reply to customers' emails
  • Manage escalated customer calls

Requirements

  • Strong organizational skills and administrative background in a fast-paced environment
  • A professional communicator with excellent telephone skills; must be fluent in written and spoken English and German
  • Logical and analytical approach to problem-solving skills
  • Very detail-oriented with time management skills
  • Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook

  • Technical aptitude

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of administrative professional work experience
  • Post secondary education
  • Experience and comfort in interacting with customers
  • Knowledge of VoIP technology and terminology
