Qualifications

• 7+ years of professional experience in video production, with at least 3 years in a senior or management role.

• Strong knowledge of production workflows, studio management, and post-production processes.

• Proven leadership and team management abilities.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with production equipment, scheduling tools, and video editing basics.
