The following outlines the Project Manager (PM) responsibilities within the organization. This position requires a highly motivated team player with excellent interpersonal skills. This position is considered hybrid and is exempt, and reports to the Director of Project Management. The PM will support our client projects portfolio along with other PMs, including the management of the client's overall level of satisfaction and success from launch to completion. The role is responsible for all aspects of project planning, resource allocation, revenue forecasting, and customer communication. This challenging and demanding role is a pivotal position for the company in the rapidly growing healthcare IT and cybersecurity space.

Responsibilities
  • Provide strong proactive leadership in the execution of implementation projects. Strong leadership characteristics must be shown in all aspects of project execution, including interactions with customer project team and its ‘C’ level management, Anatomy IT senior management, and internal project team members.
  • Deliver strong project management skills, especially the management of scope and deliverables across multiple, concurrent projects. Effectively communicate the project status and action plans for multiple, concurrent projects. Utilize internal project management software tools and methodologies.
  • Deliver strong project management forecasting specific to revenue attainment and budget ensuring close adherence to project schedule by coaching/collaborating with customers to meet target completion dates for multiple, concurrent projects.
  • Utilize excellent communication skills to build consensus and influence others across multiple internal and customer organizations.
  •  Proactively identify, communicate, and resolve customer issues that threaten the success of the project both internally and at the customer site. Candidate must show the ability to manage customer issues in a proactive manner and provide customer-focused solutions that meet or exceed customer expectations.
  •  Provide thought leadership on topics that add value and ROI related to project management and implementations efforts.
  • Ensure that implementation strategy conforms to product design principles and standards, are logical, and model the customer’s needs.
  • Ensure accurate and timely submission of all project related documents. To include: Executive Status Reports, Time Reporting, UAT, Work Order Submittal or all project close out documentation to drive revenue recognition.
  • Create and adhere to defined and mutually agreed upon project plans. Proactively identifies out of scope opportunities during the execution of implementation projects and pursues them in concert with the appropriate team members.
  • Provide internally focused product development recommendations based on customer input received.
  • Utilize positive people skills when providing work direction and status review for assigned project team members. Collaborate and seek guidance from internal functional and technical groups/resources required to achieve job objectives. Transition professional services projects to managed services support efficiently and assist in measuring customer satisfaction during and after implementations.
  • Report any suspected IT security incident, such as a service disruption, a suspicious email, or an unusual endpoint behavior.
  • Participate in required cybersecurity and compliance training sessions.
  • Maintain situational awareness and security knowledge by tracking and understanding emerging security practices, standards, and threats.
Qualification
  • Bachelor’s degree in a business, health care or technical field or equivalent experience. v2023.08.07
  • 3-5 years’ experience in a project management role within a Managed Services Provider (MSP) or technology specific environment.
  • PMP or other industry related certification(s) desired.
  • Project management experience, preferably within healthcare, IT, or Acute Care.
  • Experience in Revenue Forecasting and Attainment of Individual Revenue Targets
  • Strong PC literacy including knowledge of Microsoft products, to include MS Project, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint, and other PM related software tools.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Proven track record of commitment to customer care and building long-term relationships.
  • Strong consultative approach to project management.
  • Demonstrated track record in facilitation of large, diverse groups to reach a consensus agreement on process.
  • Demonstrated track record of managing a defined sequence of tasks to completion within aggressive schedules, through individual effort and coordination of the work of others.
  • Demonstrated track record on managing multiple, concurrent projects/initiatives to completion with aggressive schedules and managing multiple stakeholders.
  • High-level understanding of business technology; good understanding of server/network design and its dependencies a plus
  • Background and expertise in building out new service capabilities to accommodate growth, scale, and changing technologies.
  • Experience with ConnectWise Manage desired
