The Opportunity
We’re looking for a UX Writer to shape clear, user-focused content for advanced AI-driven interfaces and enterprise networking platforms. This role blends UX writing expertise with strategic thinking to create seamless experiences across multi-agent systems and integrated ecosystems.

What You’ll Do

• Lead UX content strategy for assigned product areas from concept through launch.
• Define and maintain content patterns, terminology standards, and voice guidelines for AI interactions and error states.
• Write UX copy for complex AI interfaces, multi-system integrations, and beta releases.
• Maintain a living style guide to ensure brand voice, accessibility, and rapid iteration.
• Partner with designers, PMs, and engineers in agile sprints to deliver real-time content solutions.
• Document principles for consistent content usage across the corporate ecosystem.

Program Scope

• Work within an AI-powered enterprise networking platform featuring multi-agent systems.
• Navigate integration ecosystems connecting Microsoft services, ACME, Graph RAG, and Common Services APIs via MCP servers.
• Document workflows, ingestion pipelines, beta API tooling, and MSP-specific use cases.

What You Bring

• 5+ years of UX writing experience, ideally in enterprise or AI-driven environments.
• Proven ability to own content strategy and deliver high-quality UX copy for technical products.
• Strong understanding of WCAG accessibility standards and inclusive design principles.
• Experience collaborating in agile design sprints with cross-functional teams.
• Exceptional communication skills and attention to detail.

Nice-to-Have

• Experience with AI-driven content strategy, prompt design, and workflow optimization.
• Familiarity with system integration and metadata alignment for enterprise platforms.
• Ability to create training guides and workshops for authoring teams.
