The Senior Content Strategist will play a critical role in shaping the digital presence by developing and implementing effective content strategies while expanding, maintaining, and integrating taxonomies and classification systems to support AI-driven knowledge discovery. This position combines strategic content leadership to ensure seamless user journeys and optimize overall experience across various platforms.

You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams—including UX designers, developers, marketing professionals, and engineering teams—to operationalize content production throughout the product lifecycle. As part of the Context Design Team, you'll work alongside taxonomists, content strategists, and UX writers, while focusing on operational excellence within PoolParty Semantic Suite and contributing to the structured knowledge frameworks that support intelligent search and AI retrieval systems.

Employment Type: Contract - 12 Months

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement content strategies that align with user needs, business goals, and brand voice.
  • Design and refine AI-generated content prompts to support scalable content creation and enhancement.
  • Identify content workflow inefficiencies and recommend improvements, including automation opportunities.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to align content strategy with technical implementation and system capabilities.
  • Support multilingual content workflows, ensuring accuracy and contextual relevance with the help of AI-assisted tools.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts, UX designers, and product teams to plan and structure content across the user journey.
  • Mentor content authors on editorial standards, voice and tone, and emerging content technologies.
  • Apply a basic understanding of taxonomy and metadata to support content organization and discoverability.
  • Partner with taxonomy and metadata specialists to ensure consistent tagging and categorization practices.
  • Demonstrate adaptability when working with new technologies, tools, and AI-driven platforms.

  • Experience working with cross-functional IT and engineering teams to implement taxonomy and content solutions.

Preferred:

  • Proven track record of successfully designing and implementing meaningful, helpful content in complex digital products, with measurable improvements in user experience.
  • Experience in leveraging user research and analytics tools to inform content decisions.
  • Experience with AI prompt engineering, optimization, and content automation workflows.
  • Experience mentoring content teams and developing training programs for content creators.
  • Familiarity with IT concepts, data lakes, content management platforms, and AI-driven classification systems.
  • Knowledge in taxonomy development and maintenance.
