We are seeking a skilled and experienced ServiceNow Developer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing ServiceNow solutions to support our organization's business processes. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of ServiceNow architecture, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
We are seeking a skilled and experienced ServiceNow Developer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing ServiceNow solutions to support our organization's business processes. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of ServiceNow architecture, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Design, configure, develop, and implement ServiceNow modules, workflows, and integrations.
- Develop and maintain ServiceNow applications, including ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, or CSM modules.
- Customize ServiceNow forms, fields, views, business rules, workflows, and notifications.
- Implement ServiceNow best practices for design and development, ensuring maintainability and scalability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into ServiceNow solutions.
- Integrate ServiceNow with third-party applications and systems using REST/SOAP APIs.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ServiceNow applications and integrations.
- Stay updated on the latest ServiceNow features, tools, and best practices, and recommend improvements to existing implementations.
- Prepare and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications, test cases, and user guides.
- Provide technical support, training, and guidance to end-users and stakeholders.
- Experience: 5+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow development and implementation.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow modules like ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, or others.
- Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other web development technologies.
- Experience with ServiceNow integration using REST/SOAP APIs.
- Knowledge of ServiceNow workflows, UI actions, UI policies, ACLs, and business rules.
- Experience with database design, data modeling, and reporting within ServiceNow.
- Familiarity with ITIL processes and frameworks.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- ServiceNow certifications (e.g., Certified Application Developer, Certified System Administrator).
- Experience with scoped applications and custom application development.
- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Experience with cloud platforms or other ITSM tools.
