Description

Good communication skill. Technical experience preferably 5 plus years with good knowledge on Avaya CM/ASM products.

 

Role and Responsibilities

  • Development of training from existing and nonexistent documentation based on business need.
  • Delivery of training in a multitude of environments both virtual and in person.
  • Lab creation and continued development for all course work.
  • Lab maintenance tasks for all course work assigned.
  • LMS maintenance, modifications, and development.
  • Assist the recruitment team with technical interviews onsite and offsite when needed.
  • Producing training schedules and classroom agendas.

Qualifications and Education Requirements

  • High Level industry experience required in the fields of telephony, networking, and Information Technology.
  • Proven experience as technical trainer
  • Knowledge of modern training techniques and tools in technical subjects
  • Experience in designing technical course content
  • Working knowledge in MS Office (especially PowerPoint)
  • Outstanding communication skills and comfortable speaking to crowds
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities

Technical Skills, Analytical Skills, Instructional Skills, Interpersonal Skills.

Additional Notes

Technical trainers must be extremely knowledgeable in their field of expertise and possess solid technical aptitude. Additionally, we expect you to be an excellent communicator, able to explain complex subjects in a clear and interesting way.
