We are seeking an experienced Cisco Collaboration Specialist with expertise in Webex Calling, Webex Contact Center, Cisco Meeting Server (CMS), CUBE, CUCM, and other Cisco Collaboration technologies. The ideal candidate will possess deep technical knowledge and troubleshooting skills across the Cisco Collaboration ecosystem, with the ability to support content review, deployment, and integration of collaboration solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and schedule technology updates to keep the team current with Cisco Collaboration solutions and technology roadmaps.
  • Support the development and modification of education products, assessments, exercises, learning products, and courses related to Cisco Collaboration technologies.
  • Review and enhance Instructor Certification and Train the Trainer programs specific to Collaboration solutions.
  • Ensure certifications are consistently up to date to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Cisco’s Collaboration product lines, including, Webex Calling, Webex Contact Center, CMS, CUBE, CUCM, and related technologies.
  • Design comprehensive technical content, ensuring clarity, relevance, and alignment with Cisco standards.
  • Attend cross-functional technology summit meetings and stay current on assigned technologies and associated product roadmaps.
  • Participate in project close including, release management, Course Information Overview (CIO), Course Administration Guide (CAG), Train the Trainer (TTT) and Alpha delivery.
  • Provide a technical escalation point for the project team, particularly in Webex DI, Webex Calling, Webex Contact Center, CUCM, CMS, and CUBE.
  • Author and review certification assessment items (multiple choice, drag & drop, and complex item types) for Collaboration training programs.

Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge of Cisco Collaboration technologies, including, Webex Calling, Webex Contact Center, Cisco Meeting Server (CMS), CUBE, CUCM, Cisco Unity Connection, Contact Center Solutions (UCCX, UCCE).
  • Extensive expertise in troubleshooting and resolving issues beyond standard TAC experience, including architecture-level problem-solving and optimization.
  • Proven experience working with Cisco Collaboration tools, including configuration, deployment, and integration.
  • Proficiency in creating technical content, assessments, and educational materials.
  • Creation of Collaboration Network Diagrams and documentation.
  • Design of Collaboration Topologies – Design lab topologies to support educational instruction and certification training.
  • Familiarity with tools like Microsoft Visio, PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook, and the ability to learn additional development software as required.

  • Ability to work on multiple project timelines and deliverables.
  • Self-starter with minimal detailed direction.
  • Adaptability and creativity to develop innovative and engaging learning content.
  • Ability to work well in a team setting and collaborate across various functions.
  • Preferred Certifications:
    • CCIE Collaboration (Lab)
    • CCNP Collaboration with strong expertise in Webex Calling, and Webex Contact Center
