Innovatia, a global content solution and information development company, is searching for Process Designer to help teams develop, refine, and improve internal and external processes. You will work directly with some of the world’s leading technology companies to create, analyze, and optimize new and existing standard operating process.

We want your background to include:

• Experience with BPMN 2.0.
• 5+ years working with Business Process modeling, mapping, and optimization
• Working within a global team
• Experience with defined RACI parties (Responsible, Accountable, Consulted, Informed) an asset
• Experience designing processes to meet requirements, uphold resource constraints, and eliminate inefficiencies and redundancies
• Experience creating visual and logical processes to link all sub-functions in a program
• Proficient interviewing cross-functional stakeholders to define process
• Ability to review and improve upon processes using continuous improvement best practices
• Experience with Signavio, or other similar process workflow tools
