We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Training Instructor to join our team. The ideal candidate will deliver innovative and engaging learning solutions to empower customers, partners, and employees in mastering our Application Performance Monitoring tools. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Technical Training Instructor to join our growing team.

Position: Technical Training Instructor
Location: Remote / Willing to Travel (Up to 50% post-travel restrictions)

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver full-day technical training sessions to customers, partners, and AppDynamics employees.
• Conduct remote and/or onsite sessions using collaborative teaching methodologies.
• Collaborate with content development teams to design, structure, and refine course content.
• Review and test course materials, including labs, and support Alpha/Beta course deliveries.
• Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) where required.
• Maintain a strong understanding of AppDynamics features and stay up to date with new releases.
• Foster cross-functional collaboration to enhance course offerings.
• Leverage engaging presentation skills to ensure impactful learning experiences.
• Handle training-related administrative tasks.
• Participate in cross-functional projects and mentor fellow instructors.
• Accommodate flexible working hours across time zones.
• Travel Requirement:
• Training is currently conducted virtually via Cisco Webex. However, this role will require a minimum of 50% travel for in-person sessions resume.

Basic Qualification:

• Exceptional presentation, communication, and classroom management skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities with an organized, self-motivated approach.
• Experience delivering multi-day, hands-on technical courses.
• Familiarity with browser-based applications, preferably SaaS platforms.
• Comfortable working independently with remote team interaction.

Technical Skills:

• Experience with Java, .NET, or similar technologies.
• Basic understanding of programming and modern web-based application architecture.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with cloud-based container technologies (e.g., Kubernetes, Docker).
• Practical experience with Windows and Linux command-line environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 5+ years of experience delivering technical/software training.
