We are currently seeking a full time Project Manager. You will be a key contributor to the successful delivery of moderate to complex projects through the entire project life cycle by using best practice project management tools and methodologies. This position is primarily responsible for interacting directly with both the client and the project team to ensure any project risks or barriers are proactively mitigated and the project is delivered within the defined parameters of cost, quality and schedule. As time permits, internal projects may also be assigned.
Responsibilities
- Adhere to defined project management processes, methodologies and guidelines
- Develop, implement and manage the project plan, including schedule, budget, costs, risk, change management and other tasks from kick-off through completion as per the approved SOW
- Work closely alongside key internal project stakeholders to ensure the deliverables are meeting and exceeding client’s expectations in quality and schedule
- Ensure that all stakeholders are updated on project status, proactively identifying, resolving, or escalating issues that may impact the success of the project or customer relationship
- Maintain accurate records on project status and financial reporting
- Forecast resource needs and proactively manage risks to project success
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 – 5 years in a project management capacity, preferably in the area of service delivery
- Proficiency with MS Office 365 Applications
- Experience with project management tools, preferably Open Air
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills; builds team morale; displays confidence when working with or communicating to authority figures
- Works effectively and collaboratively with the entire internal project team including Sales Leads, Customer Success Managers, and Finance
- Self-motivated, ‘can-do’ attitude, with a strong sense of accountability and ownership
- Superior written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills coupled with attention to detail
- PMP designation an asset
